Two people died when a helicopter crashed in Comal County on Monday afternoon, officials said. The helicopter crashed about 3:15 p.m. in the 600 block of Lantana Ridge, according to the Comal County Sheriff's Office. The street is in a residential area east of U.S. 281 near Spring Branch and Bulverde, about 30 miles north of downtown San Antonio.
