Dayton police officer pleads guilty to criminal charges

DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- A Dayton police officer accused of misconduct has now pled guilty. According to the Montgomery County Prosecutor's Office, officer Joseph Setty pled guilty last week to one charge of unlawful restraint and two charges of disorderly conduct following an investigation by Ohio Bureau of Investigation.
